Thanks to the folks over at In Demand Toys UK we have our first semi-official look at the upcoming Legacy Road Pig! This character first appeared as "Laser Cycle" in Generation 2, featuring a light up weapon. This new version of the figure does not light up, but it features translucent parts in pink that echo the weapon of the original. It also appears to include a ninja star weapon from the Legacy "Animated" Prowl sculpt. He also has the G2 Decepticon symbol and the word "Transformers" printed on in vehicle mode, both callbacks to a deco convention used during the G2 era.
This figure has not been officially announced by Hasbro yet, but In Demand is preparing to take preorders soon and a listing went up on Walmart's web site (but was taken down) so it is a legitimate release coming from Hasbro. Based on the logo on his foot, it appears Road Pig is one of the Star Seekers working for Thundertron! Until Walmart relists this figure, check out the pics posted on In Demand's Facebook page in the gallery below.
