Included in today's Takara Tomy Rise of the Beasts/Beast Awakening updates are reveals of the "Kurutto Change" Bumblebee and Nightbird. These appear to be a new type of auto-transforming figure possibly featuring a rubber band piece that is connected throughout the figure. According to JapanDict the term means "turning around, spinning around, curling up" (UPDATE: Fellow fan Mark H. has clarified that it translates to "rolling change" and that the transform is initiated by flipping back the car shell). These figures are listed at 2,420 Yen (about $18.46 USD) and are due for release in mid-April 2023. For now, you can see the official images of these figures in the gallery below.
