Last year the Buzzworthy Bumblebee Target exclusive line of figures took fans by surprise when it just appeared on shelves without any official announcement. That tradition seems like it will be continuing into 2021. UK retailer In Demand Toys has revealed a previously unannounced Buzzworthy figure: Origin Bumblebee! For the first time ever, a figure made in the Generations style will feature Bumblebee in his G1 Cybertronian mode, transforming into the "flying saucer"-esque vehicle seen in the first episode of the original Transformers series. The figure appears to be a fairly small Deluxe Class with extra accessories including the "energy rods" Bumblebee and Wheeljack were carrying in that classic episode. This is similar to Earthrise Cliffjumper in that sense. No word yet on a release date or price but given the Buzzworthy designation, it is likely this will be a Target exclusive.
