The second film in the live action movie series greatly expanded the Transformers toy line. In addition to the traditional Scout, Deluxe, Voyager and Leader size classes new types of figures including Power Bots, Gravity Bots and Robot Replicas were added to the line.
In the days of Diaclone, the toy that would eventually become G1 Hoist had variants that were never made part of the Transformers toy line.
