This is a redeco of the Star Convoy/Star Optimus Prime figure in traditional Nemesis Prime colors including black and metallic teal colors. The Hot Rod Core Class figure has been replaced with a redeco of Legacy Shockwave in colors seemingly inspired by Energon Shockblast! Takara Tomy has not revealed a ton of info yet
