Movies: Chris Hemsworth in Talks to Star in "G.I. Joe/Transformers" Crossover Film

According to Deadline, Chris Hemsworth is in talks to start in the upcoming live action G.I. Joe and Transformers crossover movie.  If signed, this would be Hemsworth's second role in the Transformers franchise.  His first is the voice of Orion Pax/Optimus Prime in Transformers One which hits theaters in September 2024

Toy News: Amazon Japan Lists New "EarthSpark" Deluxe Class Figures

Thanks to Amazon Japan fans now have a new set of Deluxe Class EarthSpark figures to check out!  This wave of figures features Aftermath, Elita-1, Hashtag and Jawbreaker.  These will likely see a release outside of Japan but these Takara Tomy images give us our first look at what some fans may consider the definitive versions of these characters in toy form.  Check out the mirrored images and info translated via Google below.

Toy News: Amazon Japan Lists New "Transformers One" Action Figures

Thanks to Amazon Japan, we now have a look at some upcoming figures from the Transformers One toy line.  These new reveals fall into two categories.  First we have the Cog Power Change Series which are basically the successor to the 1-Step Changers that have been part of the Transformers toy line for about a decade now.  Also revealed are two Deluxe Class figures.  However, while they are called "Deluxe", they are more akin to the Warrior Class figures in the EarthSpark toy line, focusing on an action feature with

Toy News: Super 7 Reveals Unicron (Prototype) ReAction Figure

Back in 2022 Super 7 released a 6" Unicron figure based on the unreleased prototype of the character from the 80's (which you can see on The TFWiki. Today, Super 7 posted a listing for a redeco of that figure in colors based on the very first Unicron prototype created (preceding the more well known one from the 80's). Music: "Beast Machines" Soundtrack Released Online

Beast Machines does not come up often in Transformers news.  The series was the follow up to the very popular Beast Wars Transformers and proved divisive among Transformers fans.  One thing that is for sure is that its soundtrack was very different than the one used in Beast WarsBeast Wars had a "rock and roll" styled soundtrack with lots of guitar and drum work.  When Beast Machines came around, it took on a more techno/club music type feel which aligned with its scifi/Cybertronian setting.
