Long after Optimus Prime and his Autobots were no longer on Earth, a new team of Autobots defended the planet.  This included the Pretenders who were led by Metalhawk!  Check out my review and gallery of Voyager Class Metalhawk.

After being revealed back in February, pre-orders have finally gone up for Shattered Glass Grimlock on Hasbro Pulse!  This is a redeco of the Leader Class Studio Series 86 Grimlock minus the Wheelie accessory figure.  Check out the official images and info for this figure below:

Included in today's Takara Tomy Rise of the Beasts/Beast Awakening updates are reveals of the "Kurutto Change" Bumblebee and Nightbird.  These appear to be a new type of auto-transforming figure possibly featuring a rubber band piece that is connected throughout the figure.  According to JapanDict the term means "turning around, spinning around, curling up" (UPDATE: Fellow fan Mark H.

The newly published Takara Tomy Rise of the Beasts (aka Beast Awakening) site has posted images and a video showing off the upcoming 3-Step Changer (aka "Pa! Pa! Pa!" according to Google Translate) Optimus Primal and Optimus Prime toys.  The Optimus Prime toy was already released as part of the Cyberverse line (though many fans figured out it was a Rise of the Beasts toy pretty quickly).

The Commander Class was introduced to Transformers fans in 2019 with the release of Siege Jetfire, heavily based on his G1 cartoon appearance and featuring neat gimmicks to boot. This figure was an instant hit and sold out very quickly. Since then, additional production runs have been done that also sold out. BWTF sponsor and affiliate sites BigBadToyStore and Entertainment Earth respectively have put up new pre-orders for this cool figure due to ship in May 2023.
