Kotobukiya has revealed its latest licensed "BISHOUJO" style statues based on a Hasbro property: Transformers! These statues were revealed on both Twitter and Youtube. Previous collaborations with Hasbro brands included My Little Pony and G.I. Joe statues.
Licensed LEGO sets are nothing new. Among the biggest brands of LEGO sets nowadays are sets based on the Star Wars property. That said, this latest rumor via Promo Bricks is still a surprise. According to the fan site, LEGO will be releasing a LEGO set featuring Optimus Prime! It is rumored to have 1508 parts and will be labeled set number 10302. The rumored release date is May 2022 and the price is said to be 169.99 euros.

The second film in the live action movie series greatly expanded the Transformers toy line. In addition to the traditional Scout, Deluxe, Voyager and Leader size classes new types of figures including Power Bots, Gravity Bots and Robot Replicas were added to the line.
In the days of Diaclone, the toy that would eventually become G1 Hoist had variants that were never made part of the Transformers toy line. After its previous tease of a new Premium Finish reveal, Takara Tomy Mall has posted its official listing for the fifth figure in the Premium Finish line. This time out it is a redeco of Studio Series "Revenge of the Fallen" Optimus Prime! This figure will feature a more screen accurate deco and will include Optimus Prime's blasters and sword blades. The figure is priced at 6,380 Yen (about $55 USD). It currently has a release date of July 30, 2022.
