After many years of absence from the United States, Toys"R"Us has opened its first retail store in years at the American Dream Mall.  This was first revealed at the beginning of December, but it has now become a reality!  I visited the store on opening day (its Grand Opening is this coming Tuesday, the 21st) and took photos and video.  You can hear my thoughts on the store in the video or browse through the gallery below of 50+ images.  Please forgive the shakiness in the video.  It was less than ideal conditions to record and I did not have a gim

Sad news out of New Jersey today. Former Hasbro employee Henry Orenstein has passed away at his home in New Jersey at the age of 98. While he has an important role in Transformers history, he also led an extraordinary life that you can read about here.

Almost two weeks ago Hasbro revealed several upcoming figures from the Bumblebee movie would be part of the Studio Series line of toys.  Now thanks to Takara Tomy's Twitter feed we have new photos of some of these figures with a look at bits of their transformations!  Check out the images in the gallery below:

The greatest generation of Transformers is now the next generation of Minimates!  The first set of Minimates Transformers was released in October 2021, joining tons of licenses in the line including Knight Rider, Star Trek, DC and Marvel.  Check out my review and gallery of the first set in this series.
