Toy News: Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest Reveals New "Studio Series" 1986 Releases

Hasbro Pulse held a Fan First Friday event today. During this live stream, three new Studio Series 1986 figures were revealed: Perceptor, Starscream and Sweep! Perceptor is an all new figure while Starscream is a redeco of the Earthrise Starscream figure with "Coronation" gear including a cape and throne (bumping him up to Leader Class). Sweep is of course, a redeco of Scourge. You can watch the stream and check out official product descriptions and images below. I have also linked to the BigBadToyStore and Entertainment Earth pages for those items.

Collectible News: ThreeZero reveals MDLX Bumblebee Figure

The folks at ThreeZero have revealed a new addition to their high end collectible action figure line. This time out the figure is a reimagining of Bumblebee! The non-transforming figure appears well articulated and detailed, featuring some elements of his classic Volkswagon alt-mode with G1 cartoon influences. In some ways this figure looks like a more "mature" version of the Autobot who has seen some serious battle in his time! Check out the preview image below. BWTF will post more news as it becomes available.

This time out it appears to be a repackaging of four previously released Cyberverse Warrior Class figures: Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Megatron and Starscream. This four pack is currently available for order and is priced at $52.99 (which is about right given that these figures are generally somewhere between $13-15 USD individually).

Toy News: Amazon Lists "Dinobot Adventures" and "Dinobots Unite" Figures

As the latter half of 2021 rolls on, Transformers product is trickling out sometimes without any big announcements. Amazon has recently posted listings for several releases under the Dinobot Adventures banner. This line appears to be a standalone extension of the Rescue Bots line, using many of the sculpts from that line while not using its logo anywhere on its packaging. Also listed now are the "Roll N Change" figures first revealed back in June. Check out the listings and images from Amazon below.
