Since the days of Generation One Dinobots have been one of the most beloved parts of the "Transformers" toy line. At key points in the history of the toy line, Dinobots were given their own sub-lines of figures. This section focuses on reviews of those Transformers who have the honor of bearing the name "Dinobot".
Adding to the recent bunch of new Cyberverse product releases, Best Buy has posted a listing for "Wheelgrim", a Combiner featuring Cyberverse Wheeljack and Grimlock. This is an interesting combination since in G1 cartoon lore Wheeljack was one of the characters who helped to build the Dinobots. Check out the official product description and
File this under "news catch up". This past summer it was revealed that the Cyberverse series would be releasing an Ultra Class version of the Dinobot Sludge! I'm posting the product info and pics of this figure mostly for posterity here (and for those who may have missed the official news). Enjoy!

Cyberverse launched in 2018 and three years later it looks like the line is intent on rolling forward with new releases, and that's a good thing for younger fans who are into the Transformers franchise. Hasbro is fairly low key about announcing any Cyberverse based product, so products tend to just trickle out online or suddenly appear on shelves with little to no notice. The latest example is Action Attackers Snarl who is part of the Dinobot themed series being released this year.
While the Generations line gets a lot of attention from the marketing perspective, other lines such as Cyberverse have been quietly releasing new toys in stores and online. Most recently the Cyberverse line has pivoted to a focus on the Dinobots (a move similarly done by other figures aimed at younger fans). Among these new Cyberverse toys are Combiners made up of two figures. Now Hasbro has posted these items on their web site giving us official photos and product descriptions for these new
Back in June, photos of Dinobot Adventures toys appeared online featuring redecos of Rescue Bots Dinobot-style figures as new versions of the classic Dinobots. Somewhere between June and now Hasbro has posted product listings for these figures to their web site including product descriptions. We also have the official name of this sub-line of figures: "Dinobot Strikers"! These figures are listed with an MSRP of $4.99 each.
Thanks to a heads up by a post on the Ozformers Facebook page, we now have official product images and descriptions for the Buzzworthy Bumblebee Crash Combiners. These images and product info come from K-Mart Australia. Interestingly enough, in the United States Target has yet to list these items even though they are available in stores now.
Long after the era of the Autobots and Decepticons, a new team of Dinobots emerges from the fires of battle! Led by the gigantic T-Wrecks, this new generation of warriors brings chaos in the way only Dinobots can! Check out my review and gallery of the Target exclusive Kingdom T-Wrecks figure.
